VIRGINIA THOMAS (right)
Virginia Thomas was appointed Executive Director in January and will take over full responsibilities in April 2007. Virginia is a Socio-Economist, Researcher, Evaluator, Trainer, Mediator, Consultant specialising in organisational management; human rights and gender analysis/mainstreaming, democratic development and good governance; violence prevention; programme evaluation and performance monitoring; program planning; special interest in women’s, children’s and minority rights.

ROSANNA HILLE (left)
Rosanna Hille, the interim Executive Director since July 2006 and is training Virginia as they job share the position of Executive Director to manage the day-to-day affairs of SDI together with the Board, volunteers and many members of the Susila Dharma network.

Cassidy Sterling
Cassidy Sterling is the webmaster. He is also in charge of design, desktop publishing, and administration. Cassidy brings to the job experience with publications, editing, databases, and graphic design.
